• 5000 square foot building with full kitchen, bathroom facilities, and an open area designed for weddings, receptions, meetings, etc.
• This facility comes with tables and chairs for the desired use and has a rustic / modern look for all occasions.  

Auditorium Rental –

Residents        $200.00 Security Deposit / $200.00 Rental Fee

Non-Residents        $300.00 Security Deposit / $300.00 Rental Fee

Deposit is refundable pending inspection of building to make sure it has been cleaned. Clean up procedures will be given at time of building key pick up.

• No Alcohol allowed
• No Events allowed with entrance fee.
• No Smoking
• No Tobacco use allowed
• No Loud Music (Residential Area, Police could be notified)
